You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging, tags and accessories. Our support team will guide you through the entire process.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products: No charge to the customer. This applies when the product received is incorrect, damaged in transit, or otherwise faulty.

Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. This applies when the customer orders the wrong item, the item does not suit them, or they simply no longer want it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

2. Pack your item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documentation.
